By submitting business listing information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to represent the business being listed
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• You own or have the right to use any images, logos, and content uploaded
• Your listing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Your listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and listing limits. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the following:

• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users

All content, design, graphics, logos, and software on MedSpa Directory Pro are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to your listings. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with our services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listed business or service. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any provider found through our directory.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSpa Directory Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedSpa Directory Pro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
